Boundary blueprint
Through guided reflection and creative process, you’ll create your own "Boundary Blueprint"—a personalized visual map that defines your needs, values, and limits. Using gentle movement and diverse art materials such as drawing, painting, string, and stencils, you’ll explore the areas where your boundaries feel strong, identify where they may need reinforcement, and visualize how healthy boundaries can protect your emotional, physical, and mental well-being. You'll leave with an affirmation and actionable steps to honor and strengthen your boundaries. Please note: This experience is a creative and inspirational activity designed to support personal growth and self-expression. It is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health services. No artistic skills are required.

Grief is like a river
This empowering experience will help you see grief as part of a greater journey, fostering acceptance and renewal in a safe, supportive space as you create a visual representation of your grief like a river - exploring its twists, turns, and calm waters using a range of materials like markers, tissue paper, paints, glitter flakes and earthy materials. You’ll gain clarity as you externalize complex emotions, healing as your transform sorrow into symbols, and creativity as you express yourself in a meaningful way. Mosaic Visions
You'll craft a unique vision board using the art of mosaic collage with paper, magazines, and other mixed media. Through prompts and mindful exercises, you'll transform images, textures, and colors into a vibrant masterpiece that reflects your aspirations. Whether you're seeking inspiration, clarity, or a new creative outlet, this experience offers a nurturing space for exploration and connection.
