Through guided reflection and creative process, you’ll create your own "Boundary Blueprint"—a personalized visual map that defines your needs, values, and limits. Using gentle movement and diverse art materials such as drawing, painting, string, and stencils, you’ll explore the areas where your boundaries feel strong, identify where they may need reinforcement, and visualize how healthy boundaries can protect your emotional, physical, and mental well-being. You'll leave with an affirmation and actionable steps to honor and strengthen your boundaries.
