Hi, I’m Hollyn — the therapist behind Mosaic Minds Creative Counseling.

I believe every person’s story is made up of many pieces, and when those pieces are supported, they can come together to create something strong and beautiful. That’s why I named my practice Mosaic Minds — because healing is about gathering the broken, colorful, and unique parts of ourselves into a whole.

I help kids, teens, and moms find their footing during some of life’s biggest transitions. Whether it’s a child working through big feelings, a teen navigating school and friendships, or a mom adjusting to pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting, I’m here to walk alongside you.

As both a therapist and a mom myself, I know how connected our stories are. When kids feel supported, parents breathe easier, and when moms are cared for, kids thrive too. My approach is creative, compassionate, and practical. Sometimes that means talking things through, and sometimes it means using art, mindfulness, or other expressive tools when words aren’t enough.

At Mosaic Minds, my goal is simple: to create a safe, supportive space where you and your family can feel understood, connected, and stronger together.

With experience in schools, hospitals, and outpatient settings, I offer a flexible, personalized approach that blends traditional therapy with expressive arts like art, music, and movement. For those who connect through creativity, this can be a powerful path to healing.

No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you move forward.

  • I use a flexible, personalized approach to therapy, blending evidence-based methods with creativity and compassion. Depending on your needs, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Motivational Interviewing. For those who connect through art, music, or movement, I offer Expressive Arts Therapy as a powerful, nonverbal way to explore emotions and promote healing. My work is also grounded in attachment theory to support deeper connection and emotional security. Whether you’re seeking structure, self-expression, or both, we’ll work together to find what helps you feel supported and empowered.
